Christmas Day

Christmas Day

I hope my hearts bring a little joy too!
Today, I promised my husband I would decorate the Christmas tree for the weekend so I'm putting on some lovely "twinkly" Christmas music and shall dance round the tree adding my snowy winter decorations
Have a lovely day and I'll be round to visit lots of blogs at the weekend ...

I love them all Caroline but I especially love the orange and yellow background one with the teal heart---just beautiful.
Hearts are so happy and yours are stunning! I think that means you have a nice, colorful, squishy heart beating inside, too!
Beautiful hearts.
Nice 3. Advent.

Linda x
Thank you all for your nice comments xx
Linda, the music is "Leaf and Stream" by Wishbone Ash. I love the words that remind me of my nature walks, daydreams, secrets and hopes

Well Miss Carolyn - I absolutely adore your sparkly hearts, and the cards you make with them. I love making hearts too.
Oh and when you decorate your tree - leave a little space for me!

Busy week but a lovely Christmassy feeling when presents wrapped and cards posted. I expect your tree decorations are so pretty. Love the hearts and colours. Away to see the family this week. xx
These are lovely and such a nice idea; may try to make some myself. Thanks

HAPPY PEACEFUL CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY

They are wonderful! The funny thing is that we made something common: I felted a big flat piece with crazy patch felt technique, put it under the sewing machine and sewed hearts on it, embroidered them with the machine, cut them and embellished further...they will be brooches for Christmas as gifts.
I wish you a merry Christmas

Dear Ms/Mrs Saxby,
My name is Jennifer Ciupa and I'm an A level art student in Tanglin Trust School, Singapore. I'm using your work, in particular your felt textiles which you've stitched circular as well as other shapes into, as an artist study for my coursework and i was wondering if i could possibly ask you some questions about your work?
