I transferred these images to fabric using Dylon Image Maker paste. I made a laser colour copy of the image then thickly spread the paste over the copy then pressed it to the fabric. After 48 hours the paper can then be carefully rubbed off leaving the image on the fabric. This can then be stitched on. In practice, I found the paper needed to be wetted and rubbed off in several stages

"Cornish Mystery I" by Catherine Headley
This second experiment was a "happy accident". I left the fabric with the paste drying on a piece of newspaper. As it dried the paper stuck to the back of the fabric and I couldn't get it off. The text could be seen through the thin cotton which I thought was an interesting added bonus
